The people behind Manna.

I came to faith at around 3:30 in the morning on December 26th, 2013, when God let me see the spiritual realm we are all standing in, and how much of it is against us. It was the most frightening thing that has ever happened to me, and I would still wish it on everyone, because it showed me how serious our time on earth actually is. I was put on a psychiatric hold the next day and walked out on New Year’s morning, which by everything I had done should not have happened.

There is more to it than fits here, and the calendar button books time with me if you want to hear it.

A little over a decade later a checkout screen at a Harris Teeter asked me to round up for a charity I had never heard of, and I thought, why not the church. I let clients go, gave up the income from my web agency, and put the time into Manna, so the financial infrastructure a church runs on ends up owned by the Kingdom rather than by outside vendors.

One of the biggest spiritual and philosophical shifts in my life came during COVID, when I saw how quickly access, participation, and opportunity could become conditional on “going along to get along.” It cemented my belief in financial sovereignty and in the importance of truly owning the infrastructure we depend on.

As a former Crypto x AI founder, Manna immediately resonated with me for a simple reason: churches should own their financial infrastructure.

I’m here to help ensure that the Kingdom cannot be shut off from its earthly finances, that churches remain resilient and independent, and that more of the resources entrusted to the Church stay within the Church.

Growing

Where the team grows next.

Engineering
Where we’re growing

Building out the platform: the systems that carry a gift from a purchase to a church and have to be right every time. Careful, quiet work that a congregation never has to think about, which is the point.

Church partnerships
Where we’re growing

Bringing churches onto Manna and staying with them once they are here. The founding-church program, the denominations and networks behind it, and the conversations that turn a curious pastor into a partner church. Patience with committees is a real qualification.

If the work reads like yours.

You do not need a resume or a reason. A few lines about what you build and why churches, and a way to reach you.
