Our Pledge

Anyone can write a values page. A Public Benefit Corporation files its purpose with the state. This is ours.

From our Certificate of Incorporation
“…to design and operate financial technologies in order to generate sustainable funding for Christ-centered ministries and promote their long-term financial independence and missional capacity.”

Stated public benefit purpose, Daily Manna, PBC · filed with the State of Delaware on December 18, 2025.

What that binds us to

Under Delaware law, a public benefit corporation’s directors must balance three things: shareholder returns, the interests of those materially affected by what we do, and the specific public benefit named in our charter. Ours names Christ-centered ministries and their financial independence. That is a statutory duty attached to the charter, not a mission statement we can quietly retire. A standard processor’s charter does not carry it.

How to verify it

Benefit corporation filings are public record with the Delaware Division of Corporations. A copy of the full certificate is also available on request. Write to info@dailymanna.co and we will send it.

The argument behind the charter is in the Mannafesto.

Give freely. Grow boldly.
Keep it in the Kingdom.
